Summer Swim Pre-Season Training 2024
Below is a listing of current Charlottesville area programs that offer pre-season training programs for kids to get ready for the JSL competitive summer season.
ACAC Dolphin Club - Crozet Park
April 20 - May 18th (5 Classes)
Members $95/ Non-Members $115
Looking for a way to get your kids ready for Summer Swim? Dolphin Club teaches stroke technique and helps with endurance. Perfect for those considering joining or returning to summer swim. This is NOT a learn-to-swim program. Check out Dolphin Swim School for our learn-to-swim program! The program is separated into 2 separate groups based on age and ability level, both including 5, 30-minute classes.

8 & Under - 11:00-11:30. Participants must be able to swim half the length of the pool(12.5 meters).
9 & Over - 11:30-12:00. Participants must be able to swim the length of the pool(25 meters).
ACAC Pre Summer Clinic - Albemarle Square
- Dates: April 6 - May 25 (8 weeks sessions)- Cost: $200 for Members, $230 for Non-Members

BASS Stroke Clinic
BASS is offering a stroke clinic starting April 20th! The price is $80 4 saturdays. Each session will be from 10:00-11:30 am adding up to 6 hours of pool time. FSBC Preseason Swim Lessons
Group Lesson Rates
FSBC Members: $17.50/half hour for senior lesson instructors/coaches and $15/half hour for junior lesson instructors/coaches.
Non-members: $25/half hour for senior lesson instructors/coaches and $22.50/half hour for junior lesson instructors/coaches.
